I was involved i car accident with the other driver taking the blame. My car is damaged and the other drivers insurance company will be contacting me regarding my car. What should I ask them? I am planning to ask about a hire car, who will repair my car or declare it a write off, can I claim for travel expenses whilst without my car and also is it okay to continu driving my damaged car before it is assessed by them. Is there anything else I should ask?

I was talking with um supervisor the other day about a potential hire for an opening in the mail room. He told me I should do a check criminal record search on line to see if this person has any prior arrests that might cause an issue when it comes time to hiring him. He gave me the name of a couple if websites that would be able to help me out in my search and get the info. This guy seemed like a decent person and I think it was just a formality that cover the company but I did the check anyway. He checked out fine.
