Products like water 4 gas and water car pro have literally sold thousands of copies. Also, there are many meetings around the US you can go to where people talk about it. I am not a scientist. But it definitely looks like the technology works. Of course, people are debating this like crazy. It takes quite a bit of time to actually convert your car to run on water, but the system does work.
