Jordan Gets His Restaurant!
August 28th, 2008 . by adminMy buddy Jordan has wanted to start a restaurant business since we got out of college.
He jumped on the web, bought a ton of books, & went to the bank & got a business loan to start his dream Pizzeria.
He found out that in order to increase his revenue by over 30%, he should order larger tables, instead of the smaller ones.
The larger tables would attract bigger groups of people who made dinner reservations.
He also hired a professional interior designer to come in with her artists & paint murals on the walls that made the restaurant look like Venice, Italy. This really added to the ambiance of his dream!
