When shopping for a computer there may be a little inner struggle with deciding between a laptop or a desktop.  There are many deciding factors on both sides. Laptops are portable and small but sometimes more expensive. Desktops are usually more powerful and more cost effective but are more of a permanent fixture. With laptops you may have a bigger selection to choose from but once you buy one, chances are you wont be able to upgrade the hardware in it. This is one of the things I like about desktops, you can upgrade your computer without having to buy a entire system. So when it comes down to it, do some research, and weigh out the pros and cons of each system before you buy.
