Surveyor Was Helpful
July 31st, 2009 . by adminI don’t always get along with my neighbor and I was nervous about finding a party wall surveyor to help when I felt like we needed to get our party wall fixed. I found him to be very helpful as he constructed a schedule and laid out all of the conditions before any construction started. Part of his responsibilities were to make sure to clarify who would be responsible for what if any damage from the construction were to occur. I found his fees to be reasonable and that my insurance was even willing to pick up some of the fee.
