Get Rid of Those Saddlebags

You don’t want that extra flab at the sides of your thighs, so get rid of it. There are exercises on how to lose thigh fat that can do the trick. Here’s one: Lie down on your right side with your upper body slightly raised and your right elbow anchored on the floor. Your legs should be straight, one on top of the other. Raise your left leg without bending. Repeat this raising movement around 20-30 times. Then turn on your other side propped on your left elbow this time. Do the same raising movement with your right leg, 20-30 times. Just a few minutes a day and you’ll be ahead on how to lose thigh fat.
