The first is exchanging some of the foods you eat for fruit and vegetables. Not anyones favorite plan, but should be a must especially for those of us that aren’t getting our daily required fruit or veggie intake.
The second alternative besides changing some of what we eat is exercise. Few of us get out for daily exercise whether that be running, walking, yoga, or pilates. We should all be performing exercise each day for at least 30 minutes and get our hearts pumping. This isn’t just for weight loss it’s for our heart as well.
