My Own Weight Loss Diet

I am used to having an active lifestyle When I no longer had the time to exercise; I gained a lot of weight. I even reached the point of being obese. I had to look for a way to lose weight, and I utilized one of the most common things people do. I followed a weight loss diet which I made on my own. I did lose weight, but I went through a lot of problems afterward. When I decided to go back to my regular diet, I had a very hard time digesting food, and I was weak most of the time. This is just a reminder for people to be careful, and you need to make sure that you know what you are doing.
