There are a lot of factors that could be causing your hair loss. It could be heredity, stress or even just having a bad diet. If you are eating a diet significantly low in certain vitamins you could be causing your hair loss. Some particular hair grow vitamins are Vitamin B and folic acid. Vitamins B5 and B3 are also benefitial to hair growth. If you want to add these vitamins into your diet consider eating things like beans, peas, eggs, carrots, bran and nuts. All of these foods are rich in Vitamin B. If anything, you should be able to slow down your hair loss by improving your diet with these important vitamins.
