Where have you found help with panic attacks?

An, the reasons for the sense of loss varies from person to person and is identified by doctors in just as many different ways. Often times, a general practitioner is unable to help with the every day stressors and people can find that help with panic attacks is often helped by finding a counselor, someone to talk to just as an outlet for emotion. Others need some form of medication to help their bodies own coping mechanisms. For me, the reason for the stress often dictates the method of understanding and coping.
