Who should do a colon cleanse?
November 21st, 2008 . by adminI keep coming across these ads for Dual Action Cleanse, and I am wondering if this kind of thing would help me to feel better. I have been a bit sluggish lately, and I have heard that sometimes a colon cleanse can help people to feel better. Can anyone tell me what types of conditions colon cleanse products are usually recommended for? I am also a bit worried about what it might entail since I have never done this type of thing before. I don’t want to have to feel worse before I feel better if I can avoid it.
