It makes are heart work harder because our organs are pushing circulation through a larger person, we require more energy to do things because we’re moving more weight around, and it’s tough on our joints and bones because their holding up more body fat then they should.
We should all want to get rid of belly fat for our self confidence and appearance, but each of these health issues poses an entirely different question of their own. Am I actually putting my health and life at risk because of the extra belly fat? The answer? Yes, and it should be the number one motivating factor to why you want to make a change.
