I had no idea that a lot of home insurance companies offered different options in their insurance packages. I was offered the option to defer the cancellation fee. I was also given an option of taking out flood insurance in my area or getting a grace period to decide. When my friend and I looked at home insurance companies both online and in person, we had no idea that they actually offer so many different options when it came to buying a policy.
