You really need your own pair of brass balls if you want to get your business up from the ground and manage to make a profit at the end of the day. I remember when I was just a newbie in the restaurant business I couldn’t figure out as much as the difference between a wine refrigerator to a vegetable cutter. Of course after years of practice, some good business knowhow and the luck to find a great crew I can say that I have been able to evolve into a successful and efficient business savvy restaurateur. The key to it is to be diligent and never give up on your dream.
