With all of the options out there for pet owners to choose from how does one even begin to select a dog toy for their beloved companion? Each pet shop has wall to wall toys including squeaky toys, rubber toys, balls, stuffed animals, and rawhide chewies. Some dog owners like to bring their dog with them when they do their shopping for dog toys but I prefer to just bring home a “surprise” for my pets! I have tried out several options for my dogs; everything from the indestructible Kong toy to soft toys. While each dog toy has its benefits for playtime. It is the Nylabone plastic chew toys that my dogs prefer. They last a whole lot longer than rawhide and will not cause any harm to my dogs if they ingest small bits of the toy while chewing.
