My Oscar fish laid eggs, and I needed to move my other tropical fish.
November 5th, 2008 . by adminI am soon to have some baby Oscars in my tank. These babies are called fry. My Oscar fish are soon to be doting parents to many new fry. Since I am very careful with my fish, I moved my other tropical fish to another tank for this process. Oscar’s are very protective of their young, and I didn’t want to take the chance of the Oscar’s killing my other fish. I attribute my vast knowledge of the care of these fish to the Shane Loggie book on Oscar Fish Care, and I have used this book for all my Oscar Fish help advice. I am looking forward to my new arrivals, and having many hours a day of entertainment while watching them grow.
