The entire company just finished with a meeting, dedicated just to the HR department. Our Company needed to come up with a HR Strategy that will carry our business into the new decade. In the past three years we have seen a increasing turn over rate. We want our company to be a place where employees feel they can stay, long term. Everyone brainstormed, and I think we came up with a few good ideas. We are going to decrease the employee responsibility towards insurance premiums and offer one more week of vacation across the board. I hope that by showing our employees we want them here, they will stay.
