How Basketball Made Me Lose My Belly Fat

During my early teenage years I was a basketball varsity player. Then I was fit and disciplined to stay fit. As I grew older, my interest in basketball waned and I found myself enjoying some unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking and eating a lot. Before I knew it I bloated and became overweight at 250lbs and with a lot of belly fat. In January 2009, I developed interest again in basketball and joined an up coming tournament. I had to prepare and practice for it. That was when I realized I was barely a shadow of my former self. I was panting after a short run, I was slow and I couldn’t raise the level of my game. That was when I decided to Lose Stomach Fat, exercise and be healthy again.
