Golf Is A Straining Game

These golf injury are usually in the shoulder or elbow and can be just as easily obtained by a regular professional as an irregular player. If you do not warm up your muscles properly then you are likely to injure them even if you think that you are not using them that much. Golf uses muscles that you may not normally use on a day to day basis and so you need to gently warm them up and down before and after you use them and you need to make sure that you keep them exercised in between games in order that you do not stress them too much when you play.
