Team development – improving morale at work
September 30th, 2009 . by adminA well motivated team is a productive one, so it is important that you keep your staff happy in the workplace.That is why I recently booked a team development day for my staff. This not only gave them a little break from the office, but it meant that we were all able to work on our confidence, communication skills and efficiency as a team.Everyone learned a little bit more trust and when we returned to the office, a marked improvement in productivity was evident.I may well make these team development days an annual event, as everyone enjoyed it and everyone learned from it.
