Wreck Diving in the Florida Keys
December 5th, 2009 . by adminIf your favorite hobby is wreck diving, then there are a variety of Florida Keys SCUBA Dive destinations that will thrill you. I have dived at many of this locations and have been more than satisfied. For starters, check out the Looe Key Reef. This site is great for everyone from novices to experienced divers. The frigate, H.M.S. Looe, ran aground in 1744 and only the ballast and anchor can now be seen. Another good site for all divers is Alexander’s Wreck. This is also for all divers and was created by sinking a destroyer escort. For more experienced divers, check out Joe’s Tug which is a small tugboat that you can swim through. Other sites are available to explore, just ask around and you will find something that suits you.
