There are many good hotels in the lower price range. They may not be as flamboyant as a luxury hotel but it has its advantages.
One advantage I take into consideration is the personal service you tend to get with the smaller hotels.
Most of them can accommodate families and they tend to be a little friendlier.
Many of the cheaper hotels are situated in or around the city centre and also there are many in the outer lying suburbs, so you can have a choice of location.
