What’s included in Seminyak villas rates
December 30th, 2008 . by adminOur private seminyak villas come fully equipped with linen, towels, cooking utensils etc. Items such as toilet paper, soap, drinking water etc are supplied at the start of the rental period. As such items (mentioned above) need replacing they shall be for the account of the tenant, except for staying less than 7 nights – all are provided by the villa management.
All villa guests must (in accordance with the Laws of Indonesia) be registered with the authorities within 24 hours of arrival at their destination. A photocopy of each guest’s passport will be requested by the “CV. BHV SEWATAMA INTERNASIONAL” staff upon or shortly after arrival at their villa. A registration form must be promptly filled out & signed by each guest, the cost of which shall be for the account of the Lessor.
